   Co-Location Facilities

Facilities: The TVC co-location facility provides for 24x7x365 equipment access, UPS and generator protected 208/120vac power, environmentally controlled space, FM-200 fire protection, and individual, customer-secured cabinet space. Connectivity is scalable to any level desired.

Network: All services delivered to the TVC co-location facility are via geographically diverse fiber optic based systems. IP services are routed on multiple Gigabit Ethernet connections to the TVC core network located at 11 North Pearl Street, Albany, NY. The core network is linked to the Internet via TVC owned fiber optic connections to Qwest, Global Crossing, AT&T, and Sprint.

Cabinets: Third, half, or full cabinets made of 16 gauge steel are provided. Each cabinet has 560CFM of ventilation, power strips, and individually keyed locks.

Access: The TVC co-location facility offers 24x7x365 access using a combination of biometrics, electronic keys, and PIN codes.

Services: Phone lines, private line transport, T1s, PRIs, DIDs, remote hands, system and network engineering.

Customers:We don’t tell, however, this facility hosts an aggregate web presence of over 1 BILLION hits per month.
