Tech Valley Communications RECEIVES SERVICE COMMENDATION FROM NEW YORK STATE
Third consecutive year TVC gets commendation
(Albany, N.Y.) – The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has awarded Tech Valley Communications a commendation for providing excellent customer service in 2006.
The PSC graded local telephone service providers (local exchange providers) on the basis of the company’s Customer Trouble Report Rate (CTRR) and PSC Complaint Rate. Tech Valley Communications had the highest possible grades in both categories, with zero complaints about Tech Valley Communications’ services from its customers registering with the company or the PSC.
Only 57 New York state companies and/or operating divisions of companies received service commendations in 2006. This is the third year in a row that Tech Valley Communications has been awarded a service commendation.
